Final walk through nightmares or our lucky day? Kathleen took the time with our final walk through, we were able to spend time in the home and by doing so we found a small water leak coming from the primary bathroom onto the ceiling of the living room below. This was not what we hoped for but in the end felt grateful for having Kathleen to guide us through the next steps of closing without delay. The ceiling is being repaired by the seller and we have a new HOME!! Thank you Kathleen for all your help!
